BRAMS has an open call for submissions. Authors may submit manuscripts in Georgian or English at any time throughout the year. To submit, authors should prepare a manuscript that demonstrates thorough research qualities and ensure it is unpublished and not under consideration elsewhere. Next, authors should review the detailed submission guidelines on the publisher’s website. There are no strict deadlines or specific compositional requirements. Once ready, manuscripts should be submitted via the online process outlined.

Prepare the manuscript in accordance with the guidelines on the publisher’s website:
  1. Submit the manuscript (no submission fee).
  2. If accepted, pay the Article Processing Charge (APC).
  3. Note: APCs are non‑refundable if the author withdraws after payment.
  4. If the author requests an invoice, a signed document will be emailed within three working days.
BRAMS operates under the Gold Open Access model, funded primarily by author fees (or their institutions/funders). All articles are made available immediately for free access and download at https://brams.ge. Users may copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full texts for lawful purposes. When citing BRAMS content, include the URL and the DOI.

Responsibilities of Authors and Reviewers

Authors must ensure originality and that the work is not under consideration elsewhere. Cite all sources and comply with ethical standards for human or animal research. Disclose any conflicts of interest and cooperate with editors and reviewers.
Reviewers must provide constructive, honest, and unbiased feedback, maintain confidentiality, disclose any conflicts of interest, and refrain from using ideas or text from the manuscript for personal gain.
The Editor‑in‑Chief and editorial board oversee peer review, make final decisions based on reviewers’ reports, manage submissions impartially, and recuse themselves from handling manuscripts where a conflict of interest exists. All manuscripts and review discussions are treated as confidential in accordance with applicable data‑protection and privacy regulations. Authors, reviewers, and editors must declare any potential conflicts of interest; failure to disclose conflicts may lead to the rejection or retraction of a paper.
If authors dispute a decision, they may submit a formal appeal with a clear, detailed explanation; a senior editor not involved in the original decision will review the appeal impartially.
Complaints about ethics or misconduct will be handled in accordance with COPE guidelines. Authors should consult the Submissions page before contacting the editorial office.
