  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • ½ pound andouille sausage sliced ¼ in thick
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5oz)
  • 2 tablespoons Creole seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 bay leaves
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ pound 16/20 shrimp, deveined and shelled
  • 4 green onions, sliced
