The BRAMS Institute is pleased to present the bilingual winter edition of the BRAMS Journal (ISSN 2667-9299, eISSN 2960-9348). The Editor-in-Chief is Professor Maia Nadare, PhD.
This editorial briefly outlines the history of the BRAMS Institute, including its creation, the development of the BRAMS logo, its goals and vision, and the establishment of the BRAMS Journal.
The Winter 2020 edition features several articles on diverse topics researched and discussed by our authors. Notably, this issue includes differing viewpoints on Brexit: one from British author Professor Jeremy Ramsden and another from American columnist Paul Krugman, analysed by Georgian author Professor Diana Tkebuchava.
Additionally, readers will discover the life and career of Georgi Kinkladze, a prominent Georgian footballer who made a lasting impact on FC Manchester City and endeared himself to British fans.
The journal also offers a fresh perspective on the Battle of Britain, highlighting its significance in the final victory of WWII. The editorial board believes that Brexit has the potential to liberate all European countries in the 21st century, much like the Battle of Britain did in the 20th century.
Finally, the closing article of this winter issue presents the theory of success by Professor Maia Nadare, who analyses the social and political activities of notable American first ladies and public figures to explore the evolving role of women in the United States from past centuries to the present.
