  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 450 grams of diced chicken breast
  • 225 grams of andouille sausage, sliced into 0.6 cm thick pieces
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 stalk of celery, diced
  • 200 grams of long-grain white rice
  • 1 can (410 grams) of diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of Creole seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon of hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 500 millilitres of chicken broth
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4.5 grams of salt
  • 225 grams of deveined and shelled shrimp (16/20 size)
  • 4 green onions, sliced
