Professor Vakhtang Khmaladze, PhD, is an Editorial Board Member of the academic journal BRAMS at BRAMS Institute. One of the Founding Fathers of the Georgian Constitution (1995), he is a three-term MP of the Parliament of Georgia (1992-1995, 1999-2004, 2012-2016). He resides in Tbilisi, Georgia.
