Lasha Dolidze


Lasha Dolidze who is the Chief Executive Officer of Picktek LLC, resides in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Coming from a strong engineering background, he is proficient in a number of technological platforms, including LAMP, Java/J2EE, Microsoft .NET and Apple Cocoa/iPhone. Combined with his educational background in economics and business, the skill-set provides him with valuable strategic vision and insight that has helped the company maintain a leading position in the market for more than 14 years.

As the founder of Picktek, Lasha plays a central role in identifying the technological trends in the industry and adjusting company strategy accordingly. Picktek has been created to be an open-source company, from the very beginning, and has stayed loyal to open- source movement, all along. Lasha is a contributor to numerous open-source projects, including Drupal. Lately, he has been helping the World Bank get more involved with Drupal and develop cutting-edge solutions using Drupal.
