Rustaveli's The Knight in the Panther's Skin retold
CEZANNE Publishing presents the 12th-century Georgian epic retold by Levan Gvelesian and illustrated by Mamuka Tsetskhladze. Shavleg Shaverdashvili is the project manager, and Manana Kartozia is the editor.
Mr Gvelesiani dedicates his book to the memory of his grandmother, Nino Gorgoshidze, a Georgian language and literature teacher, who could quote almost the entire poem.
