Shadows of a thousand years rise again unseen,
Voices whisper in the trees, "Tonight is Halloween!" – Dexter Kozen.
The party starts on the last day of October and ends in November. The point is to stay out of trouble while it frightens the rest off. BRAMS Institute wishes everyone a happy escape from the spookiness of Halloween!
