The non-expendable

On 31st January Dolph Lundgren arrived in Tbilisi for 4 days. The famous Swedish actor, producer, and movie director has been invited by the Georgian Beer Company to star in a Ragnar commercial that is due to go on air in June. Also, he was a guest of honour at the Tbilisi premiere of Creed II. The popular actor is accompanied by his younger brother Johan.

A Georgian beverage company Zedazeni launched the production of Pilsner-type bright beer Ragnar for the local market on 18th March last year. The Scandinavian royal drink started to attract Georgian consumers’ attention during the FIFA World Cup 2018. However, the beer market needs permanent press-ups in the country of famous wines and delicious soft drinks.

Dolph Lundgren is the perfect choice for many reasons, being Swedish and extremely popular in Georgia. The actor visited Zedazeni Brewery where he observed stages of the brewing process and tasted Georgian craft Ragnar together with the staff members.

Apart from business, Dolph Lundgren went sightseeing in Tbilisi and Mtskheta. In Kojori, near the capital city of Georgia, he attended a traditional Georgian feast at Bioli Medical Wellness Resort restaurant where he was introduced to Georgian polyphonic singing and lavish Georgian cuisine. He also appeared as a guest on The Vano’s Show that will air on a local commercial broadcaster Rustavi 2 (Friday, February 15).
